Join the Museum of Florida History for its family-friendly Second Saturday program on May 13, 2017, starting at 11:00 AM. Hurricane Preparedness Week (May 7 – 13) is the ideal time to learn how to get ready for potential tropical storms or hurricanes before the season begins. A Museum Educator will provide a tour of the Spanish Shipwrecks exhibit, focusing on the impact of hurricanes throughout Florida's history. Afterwards, play "hurricane safety bingo" and learn some tips on how to create a safety kit for your family.
